Switching from breast milk to formula

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi, my baby boy is 4 months and 17 days old, his weight is 7.02 Since iam not producing milk at all i switched to formula milk( Nan pro excello), after switching he is pooping in curdy consistency Can you please let me know if this is normal? And how long it ill take to settle down

Your child’s weight is very good for the age, means feeding was adequate. With formula milk stool consistency, colour and odour changes. As long as your child is active feeding well nothing needs to be done.

On formula milk this is normal But u should make sure ratio of water and milk powder as per written on formula milk powder packet
