Legs in foot & areas above ankle and hands are also slightly swollen with very minor pain.
Is it due to riding bike excessively???or if not then what's it ?

Sir ,there are lots of reason getting such problems , riding bike is triggering factor but there must be many other reasons so need to evaluate
U .must be early symptoms of arthritis ,or many other connective tissue disorder so consult doctor
