Swelling, skin became broaden in size

Hi doctor Goodmorning Today morning while i went my toilet i see that my penis tip skin broaden in size and i don't feel any pain but while doing toilet i feel sudden disturbance of flow...i don't know what happen actually wheather its for insect bite or not...Give me suggestion what should i do.. Thank you
