Swelling red spots in both Penis and sc
At first 3,4 red swelling Lumps, red spots were appeared.. I applied a cream.. Few days later it's get cured.. Again one by one appearing in both Penis and scrotum. Now in the thigh and leg itching and small red spots coming out but not like Penis and scrotum.. Please help me sir /mam.
