Swelling on tip of Penis
I have this issue for over a year now. I find it extremely difficult to have sex, as the skin over the tip of my penis does not slides back easily. Initially it was not painful but gradually it has become difficult.
Moreover, the colour and thickness of the rim has also changed. To make the matter more clear, I have had history of genital warts. I had them for two years. Later they vanished. During that time I was suggested to get checked for HIV and VDRL. To my benefit, both tests were negative.
