Swelling on the sole of my foot
On holiday-Maldives- a tropical country. woke up with 2 small red marks on the bottom of my foot. Its like a swelling thats hot, itching, pinching pain. I can't walk, but its barely visible. On the second night I woke up with my foot having this blister like swelling all over. On my heel, bottom of my thumb etc.I thought it was an insect bite but it got on second foot overnight too, so it might be allergies? i am also lactose intolerant and don't eat gluten. Can this be from fruit?
