Last night first time I masturbated to ejaculate a bit fast to windup as soon possible but later when I went back to sleep I felt like ant bites on the tip of my penis and after sometime when I saw the head of penis swelled am worried what's wrong within that Pls help what can be done to cure that swelling [can fast masturbation cause swelling]
