BOTH OVARIES SHOW UNIFORM PARENCHYMAL ECHOGENICITY. RIGHT OVARIES MEASURES 4.8*2.6*2.5 CM, VOLUME 15.9CC WITH A 26 MM CYST WITH INTERNAL ECHOES AND FOLLICLES MEASURING 5,5,5,4,3,3,3 MM. LEFT OVARIES MEASURES 3.3*2.4*2.4 CM , VOLUME 10.3 CC WITH FOLLICLES MEASURING 14,10,8,6,3,3 MM. NO EVIDENCE OF HYDROSALPINX IS SEEN IN EITHER ADNEXA IN THE PRESENT SCAN. THERE IS EVIDENCE OF MILD FREE FLUID IN THE POUCH OF DOUGLAS
