Swelling on face and legs
My uncle has throat cancer advanced stage Heavy swelling on face and legs and fingers are now. Is it because of infection or tumour spreading?

Generalized swelling in face, arms and legs will not be related to tumour. Heart function, kidney function and liver function should be checked to rule out any cause of oedema. Basically an ECHO, RFT and LFT should be done. Also look if Hb is low by doing CBC. Once investigations are done,  please consult online for further opinion.
