Rx:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Warm saline rinses between meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 7days
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV
You have not mentioned whether you have pain and why was rct adviced.
If it is not hurting you just maintain a good hygiene regimen
If it is hurting then take a painkiller like combiflam sos when pain. Also maintain good oral health
T. Augmentin duo 625, 3 times/day,10 tablets. After food
T. Metrogyl 400,thrice daily, after food, 10 tablets
T. Ketorol DT, if pain, after food
C. Pan D, once a day before food.
Betadine mouth gargle, once daily for 4 days minimum
