Swelling of skin in a soft way

Asked for Male, 24 Years

After i trimmed my pubic hair, after some time i notice a soft swelling on my penis at start of it from the side of pubic hair on the right part of it. It doesn't hurt and it just the skin swelled and it is soft part. I want to ask about how to cure it and how to subside it? Please guide
