  4. Swelling in fingers and leg. Happening?

Swelling in fingers and leg.
I'm 26 weeks pregnant and now I've started to swell. My hands and foot are swelling followed by pain. I've got a lot of weakness too. I'm not able to stand for long because after that I feel like fainting. Why is this happening? Please help.
