Swelling in eyes after workout in gym
Hello from past many years I am facing this issue whenever I workout in gym my eyes start itching and get swelling
After taking citrezine tablet it becomes normal again
But I can't take that citrezine tablet daily basis
Please suggest what should I do?

Sounds like an allergic reaction, need a bit few more details... Does these reactions occur only after gym ? Do u consume specific items before gym...etc please consult...

May be Allergic aetiology. Pl identify the allergen and avoid them. Allergen May be in Zymnastics. Pl consult.
