I have the swelling in breast only one side since 4 years, will it cause any issue or do I need to take any medical precautions??

Not medical precautions immediately ,first get it checked by a gynaecologist as it is important to figure out ,is it just swelling or tumour after that sonography or any other tests needed get it done as it ..Then you should go with medicine
