Swelling from unknown reason

Asked for Male, 41 Years

When my wife awakens in the morning and keeps her feet on the ground then she feels pain under her feet.From their waist in their body to the upper part of the feet of both legs,remain swelling.Thyroid was tested which was normal.My wife's age is 36, there is no other problem with moving and doing household chores. Please advise me about the treatment of which disease and what treatment of the particular doctor should be treated. Thank you !
