Swelling below neck...

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello sir I'm Having this V type Swelling.. Below neck... Feels like musle torn... But when i swallow and if something is upon that... It feels weired... And its not my vein swelling...its musle..that i feel is swell No pain... Photo attached Thanks
