Swelling and redness

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Doctor, I had a little bit of swelling and redness over a skin fold below the vagina near the perineum region. I had sex few days ago which was my first time. I have a pity bit of burning sensation Nd that too when I again try to have sex. I have no abnormal discharge and no problem in urination. Is this just normal or a sign of any std.?
