Hello There. I can understand your concern. You can apply hot water bag over the affected area. you can take a tablet. doclofenac and serratiopeptidase combination twice or thrice a day for three days after food. tab. Rantac 150mg twice a day half and hour before food. drink lots of water and do frequent movements of the affected area. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
