Swelling and pain in Penis
My son aged 4 years has been complaining of pain in penis from yesterday evening. Today morning when checked the penis has swelled and he tells it pains on touching.

Observe, if he is having difficulty in passing urine and if there is ballooning of skin of penis while passing urine.
