Swelling and pain in a stitched area.
I met with an accident in February 2017 and got hurt on my right feet, due to which I received 8 stitches on the upper part of the feet(away from thumb). Even after 5 months I get swelling and sometimes pain in and around the wound. I want to know why is it happening?

Combination therapy means take two buckets one vth warm water n 2nd one with ice water start the procedure with warm water
Immersed ur affected feet in warm water for 4 mins n put the feet again in the ice water for 2mns with in 4 days ur problem was solved
