Swelled up forehead due to stitches

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I slipped from the stairs when I was young and had 4 stitches on my forehead, 2 on right and 2 on the left side.. And where it was stitched, it had swelled up from both sides and is not painful, so what should i do to cure them..
