Sweating of palms and soles of my feet

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My palms and feet have been sweating profusely for the past 4-5 months. I used to have this issue as a kid, but haven't had this in atleast 15 years. I am not able to identify the cause of this (with regards to diet or lifestyle changes). Did my bloodwork and everything is under control. I was prescribed AllDry lotion which partially works. Not sure if I can continue using this now as I am pregnant. Please suggest what could be the reason behind it and what can I do for it to stop. Thank you!
