  3. Swealing on face. But cycle is on time.

My wife got swealing on her face upper area of chick till eyes.. Not too much but visible... She got her thyroid check two months before and that was below border line and BP is also not high and she is feeling low... Kindly advise what may be the reason, Her age is 31and 5 feet in height and weight 75 kg near. And her periods flow is also not normal but cycle is on time. Thanks Anshul Mittal
