I am having pain near my ribs right side on top of my stomach
It's not pain but bothering when stomach is full
Acidity or gym workout
Have started to feel more and more tyred lately in last 1 week
Some time pain is like pinch
Some time burn sensation
As long as stomach remain empty till then no pain

Get a USG whole abdomen done primarily to check if there is a culprit called gall stones in the gall bladder.
Symptoms are very much suggestive.
Abd take tab. Pantop 40mg one before lunch, and one before dinner for seven days. This will bring down the acidity.
