Suspecting Cervical Instability

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I had Ear pain,Fullness,Eye pain and facial pain,& Vertigo First I visited a ENT doctor,After two course of Medication,I was ordered for a CT Brain & Result was Normal,I Suspected TMJD,Went to My Dentist,Got all My 4 Wisdom Tooths as they had changed position and creating congestion,He Confirmed TMJD and Gave an anterior deprogrammer splint as the initial step,all the Symptoms are getting better except neck pain & Sounds from neck,and the Vertigo issue,I also get pain in the right side base of the skull,Iam Suspecting Cervical Instability,Should i go to a ortho or Neuro ? Is it Curable?

Watch for cervical disc disease or stenosis and facet arthritis. Get a MRI c spine or can even start with x Ray c spine AP and Lateral films.
