Suspected Gangrene
My father is diabetic, and was recently paralyzed due to an ischemic brain stroke. We noticed this rash sort of thing on his calf. He suspects it is gangrene. He has been taking massage of sarso oil for paralysis so not sure if it is a reaction to the oil or something else. Please advise course of action.
