Suspect food poisoning
Hello sir last we had chicken outside for dinner . After going to bed at around 430 am started feeling pain in my stomach . Started vomiting and loose stools . At 7 am my grandpa gave a tablet by which the pain subsided and slept for few hours . Now the pain is gone but discomfort , tightness in the stomach and loose stools like water are persisting . Plz advise
