Usually surgery is advised in Pilonidal sinus problem. But it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery. In about 20-25 % cases Pilonidal sinus recurs after surgery. However this problem can be completely treated by Graded Ksharsutra treatment. No hospitalization no bed rest is required in this treatment.
