Since the baby is only 2 months old , better to consult and give depending on history , birth weight , gestational age at which born etc . Can start prophylaxis Vitamin D supplementation 400IU if no other issues at birth and term .

Exclusive Breast feeding is enough for the baby . Mother can continue Iron & Calcium supplements for her deficiencies .

If your baby is on exclusive breastfeeding then there is absolutely no need of giving any additional supplements unless there is clinical evidence of deficiencies or if your baby is prematurely born. However, human breast milk is deficient in vitamin D and that needs to be supplemented.
