Can I take L- Methylfolate, when trying to conceive. As I'm taking prenatal which contain folic acid. Is it recommended to take L- methylfolate.

Folic acid is very important to take prenatally at least 3 months before trying to conceive. And methylfolate is active form of folic acid. So its always better to take methylfolate than folic acid
