Superficial paradictomy under local anae

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My mother is 66years and severe asthma patient.She is having pleomorphic adenoma in paratoid gland from twenty years.She is prescribed superficial paradictomy,but as per her lung condition pulmonologist suggested surgery under local anaesthesia is better for her.We are staying in Visakhapatnam,Andhra Pradesh.Can anyone advice surgeon who can perform superficial paradictomy under local anaesthesia?Please do advice us.Thanks
