Suggestions regarding pregnant with twin

Mam my wife is 29 weeks pregnant with twin baby's and there weight is around 1300 grams approximately but my wife is telling that she has no movement of baby is observed please suggest me

Ideal weight is 1400 gm Amniotic fluid may be less ., therefore movement cannot be perceived well . Drink plenty water, have 2 eggs morning and 2 eggs evening ( only white )to increase protein n diet
