I met with an accident 2 years ago, I had gone under medication for nearly 2 months, now when ever I lift heavy weight I feel paining, am planning to join gym to build muscle, please suggest on this.

Pain could be due to post fracture weakness of muscles. Strengthening of shoulder muscle could be started with minimal weights initially later can be progressed . Try applying ice to reduce pain.
