Considering your wheeze is both during inspiration and expiration, you have to be checked for Stridor. A sound Which maybe due to any obstruction in your upper airways. [consult an ENT specialist]If your upper airway is clear then get a pulmonary function assessment to know if there is any weakness of the lungs such as obstructive airway disease.
