I did medical abortion 4 months ago and now I am going for an ultra sound of uterus(with my mother) .. My periods has come since then. Will ultra sound detect that i had an abortion or I am still pregnant? I can't tell my family and i feel ultra sound is necessary to be sure.. Will doctor detect I am 4 months pregnant by examining me? If doctor says every thing is fine that means abortion worked! And if there will anything she will also know?

After ur abortion, if you have got periods, then there’s no way it can be detected that you had an abortion in the past or whether u were pregnant (4months) in the past
