Suggestion from gynecologist. Discharge!

Last year i had diagnosed with PCOD in nov and continued that treatment and medication till march 2021.After that i decided to stop medications as there were news that steroids are harmful n all but even without medicines i m getting regular periods .But from last 2 months i m getting excessive vaginal discharge and very bad pain in my lower abdomen Dr asked for ultrasounds and to had also prescribed some fungal infection medication for 5 days but there is no improvement even pain killers are not doing any good in my pain . In ultrasound reports there are following findings Endometrial thickness ~15.3MM Dr said its normal but then what could possibly be the reason of my immense pain and excessive vaginal discharge
