Usually intestinal causes do not show much findings in ct colonoscopy etc.
But there can be other causes also which do not show in reports.

Please consult experienced Gastroenterologist. Let him decide the line of treatment and respons of treatment. Accordingly decision for. CT scan can be taken.
Sometime patient may improve with treatment and may net need CT scan .
