Suggestion for food
Hello doctor I just want to know that can I give my son pediasure at night before sleep who is 3 yrs old. The reason for not giving in the mrng is he'll sleep late at nyt between 1-2AM and wake-up in the mrng between 10-11AM. He's not eating food properly now a days so I have started making him to drink pediasure from today but before he used to drink only milk with little bit of sugar.

You can give pediasure at night, it is not an issue. but the most important thing about your child is you should change his sleep habit. your are telling is awake to to one or two in the night . this is not good for children, so so you try to wake you up early like 8 o'clock in the morning so that he will sleep early in the night. slowly he will get used to that schedule. thank you.

Giving milk at bedtime sometimes may cause constipation so it's better to change his sleep habits. Irregular sleep hygiene also can lead to appetite problems.
