Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Many patients like yourself have this question and everyone is seeking a permanant cure. Im sorry to ssy this but the only option is to take medications regularly. A proper diet and exercise can also help in controlling your sugars but still medicines will be required. Certain percentage of people see things like "permament cure" etc for diabetes on the TV and fall for those scams, i can just advise you to stay away from such things as much as possible. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello, no need to feel bad. For diabetes the primary treatment is a Healthy Lifestyle changes- diabetic diet with low caloric, fat & good protein balanced diet, if u need further help on diet please get in touch with a dietician & regular walk of atleast 150 min a week, with no more than 2 consecutive days of break, along with 2 days of resistance training exercise of possible. This will do a great help to manage ur diabetes. Medications maybe required depending on ur blood glucose levels & corresponding HbA1C value to control ur diabetes. Not all diabetes patients require medications. As mentioned earlier - good diet & exercise can control diabetes in nearly half of the patients. Manage ur diabetes with diet, exercise & medications if required as prescribed by your Endocrinologist along with regular check of blood sugars & followup atleast every 3 months with your doctor, thanks.

Hello....... Choose high-fiber, slow-release carbohydrates. Carbohydrates have a big impact on your blood sugar levels...Limit refined carbohydrates like bread, , and rice, as well as soda, packaged meals, and snack foods....You have to take medications regularly. Insulin injection can also be taken instead of medicine.
