Suggestion about PcOd
I have pcod and i am lil bit overweight. My blood sugar is normal and thyroid is also normal .and i am unmarried , 23 yrs old girl. I am not on any medication  but gynae stopped oral contraceptive medication for me and now i dont take any medicine for pcod. But as my hairfall has increased my gynae suggested me to take aldactone 50. But i have seen a lot about myo inositol. Can i take myo inositol supplements in this case? Should myo inositol alone be taken or in combination with d chiro inositol? And can myo inositol be taken with aldactone or not? Please answer and give suggestions!!!

If you have pcod a combination of myoinositol and d chiro inositol will be best for you Once your hormone cycle sets in your hair fall will reduce on its own.
