My mother is of 73 years old having blood pressure, diabetes and kidney stones since last 20 years. Now she is suggested to do cataract surgery. Please tell me how many chances of her recovery

Vision recovery depends on retinal status also. If diabetes, blood pressure, kidney disease have affected her retina, then the retinal condition will need treatment.
