Suggest tablets get periods immediately

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I've been having thyroid and taking 25mcg tablet and I missed my periods..now it's almost 47 days..i want my periods to get immediately...as we are having function in home please suggest me tablet to get periods immediately..im not married.

First do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. After that medications cn be given to induce periods. However if thyroid is under control it cn not be the reason for delayed cycles , there has to be some other cause for it. Consult directly for further management
