Suggest me when to take medicine "unwanted 21"or any contraceptive pills- 21 days . I am married . I am going to meet my wife .I am a bit confused about when my wife has to start it - 1st day of the period or the last day of the period and then continuation of 21 days ....My wife has no issue and has periods on proper time and she is feeding milk to my child also about 1.5 years.

Depends on how many years you are in need of contraception.If you are planning a gap of 3yrs atleast then go for IUCD.Emergency pills is not an option for long-term contraception.
