Hi Doctor,
I'm 31 male having diabetes and high bp issue for almost 4 years now as this is genetic problem and all my family members have the same.
Currently I'm taking Switglim M2 and Telvas am40 for BP.
Over the few weeks what I have observed that I always feel low energy plus some body ache as well. My digestion is not up-to the mark. Is it because of the sugar medicine?? Can I take Liv 52 tablet?? Also please suggest me some good multivitamin.

Hello.. First u need to check your sugar levels because the complaints mentioned you may be due to uncontrolled sugars.if sugars are normal u need to get examined so consult endocrinologist for same.. U can have multivitamins and liv 52 but its always better to have good balanced diet which is sufficient for needs of vitamin and minerals than taking always such products..
