You probably meant 14.7 mmol/dl which is high. You need to provide complete details of other medicines if any, sugar chart and other details. Insulin injection technique also needs to be reviewed

14.7 is very low. She needs insulin dose reduction and also evaluation of why her sugars are dropping low. Consult endocrinologist
