Sugar level falling down
My mother is diabetic and is taking insulin for the last 4 years ... Recently her micro album report is high around 538 and we have seen a tendency of her sugar level dropping considerably .. Please advise

Hello..... More than 300mg of albumin in urine is not microalbinuria ,it's macroalbuminuria ,indicates more advanced kidney disease.her kidney might got damaged with long standing diabetes, she is having glycosuria, take her to general physician in nearest hospital.......
