I lost a bet and need to eat 54 oz bag of skittles which equals 2.5 lbs of sugar. I’m 156 lbs and wondering what the effects of this will be.

*PL DON'T EAT*. It's very very dangerous my dear. With our current life style we should not consume more than 2-3 teaspoons of sugar in a day, if you are young enough you can have may be upto 10 spoonful of sugar however that is also dangerous as to convert so much sugar into energy, our pancreas has to produce more insulin. For which it needs lot of chromium, which is now a missing nutrient in the diet. Also we are getting 80% less as an insufficient nutrient to control sugar release in the blood, so end result would be either diabetes, insulin resistance, skin problems, could be fatal also
Next Steps
change your bet to something else which you can buy for money. Health once lost, no matter whatever you do, you can not buy it back...
Health Tips
Buy a nice expensive soveniour or go for partying, and enjoying with all friends. Stop betting for such dangerous and weird things. if you would have won than you would have made other loosing person to follow the bet? What if he died? can you replace the loss to his family? pl don't have such crazy ideas...
