Sugar in urine during 3 mnth of pregnanc

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My wife is 25 yrs old. she had undergone throug PCOS. she had been taking tablets called naturgest and falfeit. i dont recollect the folfeit spelling. during the third month on pregnancy we tested her blood and noticed the sugar in blood. but not in urine. again the 3rd day the test was done and the blood sugar disappear and found in urine now. is this something serious. please advise
