Pls take a relatively low carb, High Protein diet. More vegetables and Dal and less roti, rice.Fruits also limited and prefer to take in morning hours as fhey have a high glycemix index. Protinex powder Smaller meals and include Bitter gourd, Bottle gourd, Methi etc. Helps a lot Regular Monitoring every 8 to 12 weeks of FBS. Exercise is extremely imp 10 to 15 min brisk walk is enough too. Cardio is easy and helps very much in Gestational diabetes. Good news is your level may be controlled by Diet and Exercise only and may not require tablet Metformin or Insulin as not too high but a Internal medicine opinion is required. Dietician opinion is also utmost important.
