Sugar fluctuating
Currently I am on medicine wysolone 40mg for 1 week started from yesterday because of lung infection which is causing increase in sugar.
I am taking glizid 80mg morning and glizid 40mg evening.
My fasting is 195 and postmeal is 309.
Kindly suggest if I should increase the dose.

Yes. But monitor and repeat HbA1c. You will likely have poor blood sugar control even before starting steroids.
